Stratégie prevencie detskej obezity

Obezita sa stáva jedným z najrozšírenejších problémov ohrozujúcich zdravý vývin detí v 21. storočia. Riešiť už vzniknutý problém je veľmi náročné na čas aj financie. Preto ideálnym spôsobom, ako toto ochorenie eliminovať, zostáva prevencia. Tá je veľmi efektívna, no musí byť vybudovaná na pevných základoch poznatkov a skúseností. Nasledujúci článok preto sumarizuje, ako treba pristupovať k budovaniu takýchto efektívnych prevenčných stratégií, akú podporu vyžadujú a čo by mali obsahovať, nakoľko problematika prevenčných stratégií je rovnako komplexná ako aj samotné ochorenie.

Childhood Obesity Prevention Strategies

Obesity remains one of the most widespread problems endangering the healthy development of the children of the 21st century. It is extremely difficult to deal with a problem that has been in existence for many years, both from a financial and time perspective. The ideal way to eliminate this disease remains in its prevention. Prevention is extremely efficient but it must be built on solid grounds of knowledge and experiences. The following article therefore summarizes how to deal with the making of these effective prevention strategies, the support they require and what should be included in them, since preventing these issues can be as complex as the disease itself.
