Particular attention will be paid to statistical data concerning the number of foreign children attending preschools in the region and to the requirements of the teacher and other pedagogical staff with a view to generally improving the Czech school educational system. In the second part of the article a proposal by the Ministry of Education is outlined, which should lead to better support in the education of children with differing mother tongues within the Czech preschool system.
